First day after my new deck was built, i got up at 6 am when the sun was rising and did yoga, almost perfectly in-psynch with my routine, but it helped me really reach some of those more difficult moved with precision and grace.

I love your music so, sooooo much! You inspire me daily as well as relax me :)

  2. After reading an article (youtube prevents links, sadly) i thought of you!

It detailed the many benefits of joyful music on the heart at a physiological level (ie positive effects on blood vessels)

I am this year writing a research paper (as a psychology student) on the positive effect of music on a child’s neural development – as i stumble over these articles i think of you & how much good you are doing in this world for so many people, myself included

    Thank you

    Many regards, Belinda

  3. i played your playlist before i went sleep, until this song i woke up!!

  4. And also the awesome sun rise!!!!! Give you more thumbs. :)

  5. It’s really good for "wake up" after enjoying this music, my every cell gets energy. Thank you so much.

  6. It’s

Some of this melody reminds me of Tom Pettys "Learning to fly". Right?

    thanks

  9. Is this on iTunes?

  10. thanks man!!

  11. I’m not good with the names of chords. I just play what sounds good to my ears. But A#/F/d/a comes close to it. Hope this helps a bit.

  12. Hey Michael, what chords have you used for this song? I love this song and I would like to be able to play this on my guitar!

Your music is great and I’m using your playlist to study for my exams. :)

  13. This is the best thing I ever heard. Just perfect. Thank you Michael :)

  14. I just had my sun salutation with this song. It was good way to start my day :)

  15. I’ve been using this video for my morning wake-up routine everyday, and just listened to it today before heading into a really hard exam…. it was fantastic! My stress just melted away and I was so pumped up to write the test. I feel like I did great on the exam – thank you soooo much! <3

  16. Thank you so much for this song. I’ve been using it to do a short yoga session just after waking up for a week now. The length is perfect and the beginning is very good for slowly easing a half sleeping body into a sun salutation.

  17. I’m glad, that it worked for you! This track is quite undiscovered here on YouTube, but i like it a lot, too 😉

  18. Michael, this is just beautiful. I used it to meditate this morning. Thank you! Namaste =)

  19. Thank you. I’ll consider it (probably do one)!
But actually I don’t think that I have some good playing skills. Recording the guitar is really hard work for me. It takes me up to 100 takes to get a line right… and there are multiple lines in most of my instrumentals. I think 99% of guitar players are better than me. But it’s coo,l when in the end there are people who like the result… It could be that my strength is in trying and working on something until it, at least, sounds OK… :)

  20. you should make a track like this with mostly guitar. because you’ve got some guitar skills that most people (including me) are jealous of. haha :)

  21. : thank you Skyler! I’m still trying to find my sound somewhere between relaxing AND interesting to listen to – not sure if I’ll ever get it right, but I’m working on it. Thanks for listening!
