  5. i do kapal bharti 500 times a day and i do it very fast..i can complete 500 in about five minutes..
    so should i do it slowly ???

  16. good video…but noticed the TV is placed quite high up on wall…watch a bollywood movie for 3 hrs and you will have neck ache..
