    Absolutely not… i’m 5"9 and 130 and my thighs do touch. Well really, if you think about it, it all depends on your posture and just your stance in general. But people with disorders believe in the "thigh gap", which is nuts. Your body is your body and we are all different. Judging yourself by certain "rules" is no way to go about it because, especially being a woman, we all come in very different shapes.

  10. as a beginner, how many times i should do per day? my friend is doing 108 times every morning.. but i can only do 10 times. i have headache after finished doing it

  11. Wow, you’re so good. I just started doing yoga and fancied myself flexible and fit, however I’ve come realize that yoga isn’t as easy as it looks. We did that position you’re doing at 2:16 and could only get my leg up 2/3 of what you did.
