Vinyasa Flow- Sun Salutations, Parsvottanasana & Warrior sequence


Finally after many requests I have made a short film for you to follow if youre low on inspiration or havent yet established a self practice.

This sequence starts with a fluid version of Surya Namaskar and moves on to 2 fluid sequences which include lunges, dog splits, back bends, side plank and warrior II.

This can be used as a prelude to the King Pigeon sequence. Enjoy!!

  1. I really like the sequences 😀 one thing though, it would be much easier to follow along if there was a voice over explaining the moves because i kept on having to look back at the screen! other than that, great job
