  6. LCarefortheworld

    this guy is great!

  7. Very good, nice control of the body.

@ Mishmo, it’s about balance. Finding the center of your body. Ofcourse some power in the shoulders is fine.

  8. Ashtanga Sun Salutations are so different from Hata Yoga’s salutations, and it’s so difficult to find video like this one. Thank you Luke!
It would be nice if you can explain the ujai breathing! Thanks again :)

  9. This is ashtanga yoga.

  10. It’s almost always about bandhas. You might also want to make sure our legs are always active as this helps to open the hamstrings. Best tip I have though is get to David Swenson’s workshop on Flying, Floating and Handstanding. That will tell you everything you need to know.

  11. "Real yoga"?

Care to expand on what this is? Iyengar? Anusara? Hatha? Sivenanda?

  12. I am wondering, who first started jumped in yoga? There is NO jumping in real yoga.

  13. Same question.

  15. Hi, Im Just wondering do you have any tips to help with development of the jump forward? Is it shoulder strenth or more core strength.
