  2. Isn’t she locking her knees and forcing her sacrum outward instead of under?

    Both of these habits can be highly damaging – the first to the knees and circulation to the lower leg and strain on the top of the foot and front of ankle; the second to the lower back, digestion, the hips, the knees, the ankles, the shoulders, the chest, the neck…

  5. What kind of mat she is using? Or has she a board underneath? Always when I try to do my practice in the beach after a while I go deep in the sand and there is not much left of grounding…

  20. yoga helps, but yoga is usually practiced hand in hand with a healthy life-style and simple innovation. This does not mean "don’t eat red meat", or such things. Just minding what u do. For example, only eating high-protien/high carbohydrate meals after strenuous activity, things like that. You do neccessarily change your life, but how you life it.

  21. This is a great DVD! The best thing about it is that you can pick which poses you want to do, and create your own yoga routine.
