    You are doing it wrong.

    Bending all way down is wrong. The purpose is to stretch upwards and not downwards. Yogic asanas are not physical exercises, but a technique to "unite" breath and movement while gaining control over your body.

  13. Very beautifully done, except you too, as many others, replace the ‘downdog’ (not sure what exactly is the english name I hear for Parvathaasanam ) position with some middle-way one at 1:39. You should not stay horizontal there, you should go up with the hips, in the same asana you perform at 2:10. Why do all of you think you can randomly and freely modify ancient ways to make the prana flow???
