  1. it would be possible to get to work utilising that hop-jump technique alone..thanks for this;am doing this presently and making progress, most appreciated.

  2. Humidity can work miracles. For the reason that the cilia still work, which allows for mucus circulation – this will help the sinus cavities to empty. To accomplish this, produce a tent using a towel over your head and inhale the vapourfrom the steaming water. Taking a warm shower for a short while might help the problem too. This ideally should be done on two occasions every day.

  3. Think with love, love yourself and others, take all this for what it is, think about what you want (without focusing on the negative), and everything in your life will be fine), you just need to allow yourself to be happy, because we all deserve it, and then the whole universe will help you achieve the divine happiness) 777ALAJE vid also help to live in love and harmony), love and light to all), the more good people and good thoughts, the happier life on the planet), all is for the better)

  6. Ladies if you want a figure like him do the Surya namaskar …

  7. Yes my yoga instructor does that too. and she said it’s not due to the strength of her arms, but core power.

  8. Nonsense

  9. OMG, it’s unbelievable! It looks like he’s being pulled by an invisible string XD

  10. how does he do that jump forward?

  11. For all the peoples dont learn from these. Search soorya namaskaram. One man with dhoti will be performing. That is the real surya namaskar. In this video, if doing first two steps wrong. Also in the third step if should bring right foot back, not both. It ll hurt the spine.

  12. This is not surya namaskar. First two steps are wrong. Also the last two steps. Dont modify ancient tradition with one as u wish. indians have been performing this for thousands of years.

    this is the best
kind of yoga. i feel so great after I practice this.

  14. Where is the "namaskara" at the beginning??

  15. Nice tutorial for those who are new to surya Namaskar. But he is missing few steps in between, where you have to stretch one of your leg back and the other leg is bent foward with ur knees near your chest. So i would say, its incomplete tutorial and Surya Namaskar.

  17. that is a very good tutorial. something that is shockingly hard to find for something as common as sun salutations. thanks.

  18. He is doing Suryanaskara A. Maybe you are referring to Suranamaskara B which adds in A warrior pose and a hero pose.

  19. it is an age old salutation to Sun, usually repeated 12 times during sunrise….. but can be extended.. an indian actress Kareena Kapoor claimed to have achieved a Zero figure by performing this 100 times daily…

  20. Thank you.
