It is pretty tough but you will feel the difference and get stronger really quickly! Dont give up take it at your own pace and let me know how you get on.

I started out doing the full 10 right at pace with your rythem. As time has gone on I’ve noticed how fit and healthy I feel. I notice a great difference in how I perform from when I first started the salutaions to now. I love it! Its a wonderful way to start my day! Thank you Esther for your wonderful videos!

  10. You are a fantastic instructor! Thank you, I did 5 the first time and had to pause you for a moment to gather my breath. Today I did all 10 and other than feeling a little dizzy I made it thru and am sweating and feel ready for the day! (after shower of course)

  12. No New Year’s resolution but I’m more interested in doing yoga everyday. Yesterday I tried heart opening series and felt calm all day.Today 10 salutations and I feel great! Thanks fir the reminder to relax afterwards. I was feeling agitated after the series, and it helped!

This was the first time i have ever done the sun salutations and i did the whole routine with you. i was feeling very anxious before doing this b/c i have final exams coming up soon and i got really overwhelmed with my work load. now i feel very energized and motivated to do work. i was starting to shake around the 8th round, but i am surprised to discover this part of me. thank you :)

  20. I did 10 of these, but had to do some adjusting because the technique is slightly different from what I’m used to. I’ll stick with this though and I think the more I do it the better my technique will be. Thank you

  22. This video is too fast to learn from. As a suggestion for the future, why not do 2 sets fast and 2 sets really slow for beginners?

  25. It is another great video Ester. I managed to do 10 sun salutations from the start – but it is after I have been practising yoga for the last two weeks regularly from your videos:). I feel my arms now:)
